Shell technique with allogenic bone

Experienced implantologists know: Bone is important. They also know that the allogenic shell technique is an excellent alternative to costly autologous bone block harvesting. As the availability of autologous bone is limited and the morbidity of harvesting is high, this is not a problem with the convincing alternative - allogeneic donor products with drug approval. And so it is the wish of many surgically active dentists to successfully use the shell technique in their own practice without a second intervention.

We are pleased to be able to demonstrate the application of this technique with allografts together with Dr. Zwanzig for the first time in a course that is unique in Germany and to offer the participants the opportunity to produce the grafts themselves with numerous practical exercises and to augment them on the pig's jaw.
