It is both a challenging and highly inspiring task to lead our company into the modern age as we face the challenges of rapidly changing markets. Innovation is the key to remaining competitive, but we must not lose sight of our traditional values. Digitalization opens up new opportunities, but it also brings new risks. It is important that we adapt while maintaining our integrity. The balancing act between tradition and progress is a permanent challenge that I am tackling with determination and creativity. Our future lies in remaining flexible and learning continuously in order to meet the requirements of our customers and further expand our position in the industry.

The Argon company principle stands for a declaration of independence that defines our added value and proves that size is not everything. It is about a company that consistently goes its own way. We, Argon, are pioneers, e.g. for the cone connection, which has been an integral part of our philosophy for 15 years.
In addition to the greatest possible economic benefit, we always want to meet the high medical requirements. This involves quality, the question of clinical use and safety, and of course the price. We see the cone principle as a responsibility towards the patient and our customer. As a small company, we also see the principle as a David principle.
We are not afraid of the big players. We are independent. We are one of the best implant companies in the world.
Our history
Founded in 1999 by entrepreneur Richard Donaca as a family business, the company quickly developed into one of the most renowned manufacturers and suppliers in the implant industry. With currently just under 35 employees, the family-run company ARGON is one of the smaller companies on the market - but that is precisely what makes it so successful. According to the Donaca family, the employees are seen as part of the family. This idea not only radiates within the company, but is also carried to the outside world. The company's success has proven the entrepreneurial family right to this day. Customer acceptance is so high that the double-digit percentage increase achieved since the company was founded continues to this day. ARGON Medical USA was also founded in the USA in 2015. Made in Germany, independence and flexibility are the key components of the ARGON philosophy.
