The following positions are currently vacant - we are looking for you as:

We are looking for a committed and motivated employee (m/f/d) to join our accounting department on a full-time basis as soon as possible. In this position, you will be an important interface between the company, customers and suppliers, as well as with our tax consultant. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all accounting processes in the day-to-day business of our company's accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Your tasks
  • Carrying out accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting incl. invoice verification
  • Creation and control of payment runs/dunning processes
  • Preparation of advance VAT returns and tax returns
  • Billing with health insurance companies via the billing system
  • Support with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
  • Interface to tax consultants
Your profile
  • Completed commercial vocational training, with relevant experience in accounting, possibly further training in balance sheet accounting
  • Handling and knowledge of DATEV and SAGE100 desirable
  • Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
  • Good knowledge of tax law and HGB accounting
  • Confident handling of modern office communication

We are looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) to join our quality management team as soon as possible. You will support the QMB in the planning, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485 and in the area of regulatory requirements.

Your tasks
  • Support for QM in all ongoing processes
  • Creating analyses and reports
  • Conducting and participating in internal and external audits
  • Participation in and responsibility for QM documentation

Your profile
  • Completed commercial training or business studies
  • Several years of professional experience with regard to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 13485, DIN EN ISO 17025, MDD 93/42 EEC and MDR (EU 2017_745) certifications desirable
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills

We are looking for a committed and motivated employee (m/f/d) in a managerial role to join our young logistics team (full-time). As logistics manager, you will be responsible for the smooth flow of goods; in charge of incoming goods inspection, inventory management and booking of goods movements and will work closely with order processing and purchasing.

Your tasks
  • Ensuring efficient and timely dispatch processing
  • Incoming goods inspection
  • Inventory management & posting
  • Coordination in scheduling
  • Goods packaging & handling
  • Create shipping & customs documents
  • Inventory control & quality assurance according to legal regulations & guidelines
  • Proper implementation of regular inventories
  • Optimization for process improvement of warehouse processes
  • Compliance with performance and quality standards
Your profile
  • Completed vocational training, e.g:
    Warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk or similar, ideally in the field of logistics, preferably international
  • Several years of professional & initial management experience in a similar position
  • High sense of responsibility, initiative and drive
  • Confident handling of MS Office; warehouse management, ERP and scanner system (MDE)
  • Confident in: German spoken and written
  • Foreign language skills: English
