Osteogel

Osteo Barrier Gel

Osteogel BARRIER is a synthetic alternative to absorbable membranes. It consists of cross-linked and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which is precisely comminuted into particles of 150 to 200 micrometers. After application and a short resorption time of 6 to 12 hours, a flexible membrane remains on the defective area. This barrier function is retained for 3 weeks before the material is completely resorbed within 2-3 weeks.

Osteogel

Osteogel consists of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and has been developed for the treatment of oral mucosal inflammation and to improve wound healing after surgical procedures (GTR). It also serves as a carrier material for granules of the OsteoGraft portfolio and is characterized by easy clinical application due to its low viscosity. The hyaluronic acid liquid gel is absorbed locally by the oral mucosa within 6 to 12 hours. To achieve optimum results, the gel should be applied to the wound and then closed with a suture.
