The K3Pro® XP PA classic temporary abutment for K3Pro® is suitable for cementing - also with temporary cement - especially a plastic temporary restoration. It can be individually prepared. The step heights are 2, 3, 4 and 5 millimeters. There is no conical frictional connection to the implant to facilitate abutment manipulation and relieve the healing implant. The abutment sits in the hexagon and is fixed in place with the retaining screw. Special highlight: The snap-on caps for the closed impression of K3Pro® also fit exactly on the PA abutment, which is therefore also suitable as a transfer post. Abutment analog, gingiva former cap and modeling cap are also available.

The gingival height is 1, 2 or 3 millimeters. There is no conical frictional connection to the implant to facilitate abutment manipulation and relieve the healing implant. The abutment sits in the hexagon and on the implant shoulder and is fi xed with the retaining screw. Special highlight: The snap-on caps for the closed impression of K3Pro® also fit exactly on the PA abutment, which is therefore also suitable as a transfer abutment (especially for highly divergent implants). Abutment analog, gingiva former cap and modeling cap are also available.

With the K3Pro® XP healing screws BPS, the Stable Tissue Concept begins when closed implant healing is required. The Bone Profile Screw (BPS) is used instead of the simple cover screw to form the emergence profile with a biological profile design already in the bone and is available in 1, 2 and 3 millimeters for the desired insertion depth. Its diameter profile increases in shape congruent with its height, so that it can always be further shaped in a minimally invasive manner with any XP gingiva former.

With the K3Pro® XP gingiva formers, which, like the BPS healing screws, already form the shape of the biological tissue emergence profile in the bone above the implant shoulder, the mucosa can be adapted or transgingival healing is possible. The K3Pro® XP Line is optimized for implant placement 2 millimetres subcrestally. Accordingly, the XP gingiva formers are available for insertion depths of 1 to 3 millimetres. The gingival height is added in the range from 1 to 3 mm, resulting in total heights of 1 to 6 millimetres. The impression posts and scanbodies also take up this shape. No invasive intervention is required in the new hard and soft tissue structure above the implant after the operation.
