The K3Pro® CCA build-up is a new, particularly economical variant compared to precious metal build-ups for producing an individual emergence profile using the sprueing process. It is suitable for all alloys that can be processed up to a maximum melting or casting temperature of 1110 °C. The thermal deformation of the structure begins at 1120 °C. The generous build-up height with retentive recesses ensures particularly good retention of the sprue. Two step heights of 1 and 2 millimetres and indexing are available. Naturally, the range also includes a sprue sleeve, which is supplied with the superstructures. This abutment also has the classic K3Pro® conical connection.
