The K3Pro implant lines
K3Pro® Compress implants
The design of the evolutionary Compress implants in the successful K3Pro® series is characterized by a unique plateau cutting thread that ensures particularly reliable high primary stability, especially in soft bone. The diameter is primarily defined by the width of the thread flanks and not by the implant body. The bone quality and degree of primary stability required therefore determine the implant to be selected. The differences in the diameters of the Compress implant lie in the dimensions of the thread flanks and less in the body. The design as a progressive cutting thread not only facilitates controlled insertion in soft bone, but also fixation to the wall of the extraction socket as part of immediate implant placement in conjunction with the conical and delicate implant body. There is plenty of space for healing through blood coagulation. The plateau design of the threaded lamellae promotes new bone formation by distributing the newly created compressive and tensile load.
Features of the implant
- Sloping shoulder to preserve the bone and soft tissue
- Microbacterially sealed and movement-free implant-prosthetic connection
- Plateau design for the threaded lamellae for maximum primary stability in soft bone
- Slightly conical, delicate implant body for maximum free space between the threaded lamellae for the formation of the blood clot
- Spiral-shaped progressive cutting thread for easy insertion
- Depending on the bone quality, the implant volume enables the
- Use of reduced-diameter final drills
