Argon now offers the Dental Surgeon for Implantology a full-guided drill system designed for 3.0-6.0 mm diameter implants. With this drill system, the future placement of implants in terms of location, depth and angle will be absolutely accurate and low in risk.

The drill system is based on a previously performed cone-beam CT of the patient's jaw. The resulting DICOM data record is processed by means of manufacturer-specific software in conjunction with the K3Pro® data records in such a way that an exact drill stint is created for placing the implants. The additionally supplied protocol is equipped with technical data, application notes and implant type designations - so to say an exact blueprint for the doctor and user. This combination of digitized CT data, processing by the proprietary software and the compatible data sets of K3Pro® make the placement of K3Pro® implants a predictable and highly precise process that allows immediate loading of the implants and a direct supply of the previously manufactured abutments and prostheses.
