Since the company was founded, the Pressfit implants have enriched the expanding market of technically sophisticated implants. Our basic principle from the beginning: the revolutionary cone angle of 1.5 degrees, our innovation in mechanical engineering, which equates to cold welding. The secret lies in the particularly long and uniform cone, which ensures not only absolute form closure but also traction. The convincing result: bacteria-proof, micro-motion-free and titanium-abrasion-resistant due to the interference fit, which basically requires no screwing. For this an implant-abutment-force distribution as in a one-piece implant. We have remained true to this philosophy in principle until today. As former special feature was: The Pressfit implants were only tapped, not screwed. This involved both the insertion into the cavity and the abutment-implant connection.

The Compress implants as the first consistent development of our system replaced the tapping by screwing. The insertion becomes more gentle and pleasant for the patient. Above all, Compress but was a relief for the prosthodontist, since the structure is now screwed on the inner joint for easier handling and an external hexagon allows indexing. The tried-and-tested 1.5-degree conical connection was noted, as it ensures to this day that cold welding does not place any load on the connection screw.

The Konus Plus+ Implant System is designed to replace missing teeth without a central screw in a truly elegant way. The Konus Plus+ implant system allowed easy entry into the implantation or the change to this system under the following aspects: The Konus Plus+ implant system required no conversion and no increased effort in the treatment process. With its two components, it made dental implantology a simple, predictable and above all familiar treatment. Due to the lack of central screws, the crown abutments corresponded to a core structure and could be easily supplied with normal impression techniques and crowns (without additional expensive components). The casting technique corresponded to the normal crown supply, as well as the cementing. The prothetic solution for Konus Plus+ abutments required less chair time than for natural teeth.

K3Pro® implant with compression thread design. The implant drill determines the direction of the implant. The parallel thread and the slightly conical implant body offer an increased surface area compared to conventional implants. Sure implants are suitable for all indications and provide ideal primary stability in all bone densities from D1 to D4. The sloping shoulder and the subcrestal insert allow a tight bone seal and a low exit profile from the sulcus. Thus, the bone and papillae is secured in the long run.

Although less well-known as organ transplants, human donor tissue treatments help more than 1 million people a year in Europe. Doctors use donated tissue from the human musculoskeletal system to replace bones, tendons, and ligaments that have been damaged by tumors, accidents, joint disease, or other causes. In order to make these grafts accessible on the basis of legal and ethical bases as well as in compliance with the strictest quality and safety requirements, also to users in the oral, maxillofacial and facial area in Germany, Argon cooperates with the non-profit German Institute for Cell and Tissue Replacement (DIZG ) in Berlin, a foundation of doctors and scientists of the Universities of Berlin and Erlangen.

K3Pro® implant with self-tapping thread design and conical implant body. The implant can still be steered directionally after drilling. The cutting thread and the cutting groove allow a controlled placement of the implant. Rapid implants are suitable for all indications and offer ideal primary stability; especially in the upper jaw. The implant is ideal for RapidFix solutions, with implants to be directionally controlled. The sloping shoulder and the subcrestal insert enable a tight bone seal and a low exit profile from the sulcus. Thus, the bone and papillae is secured in the long run.

The same applies to the new short implants in lengths of 5.5 and 6.5 mm (with diameters starting at 4 mm), which can be blocked or used as a single tooth replacement. Thanks to the new compressive and tensile load, they effectively support the reconstruction and long-term preservation of the bone. With its solutions not only for standard cases but for the most unusual indications, K3Pro® offers a complete spectrum for sophisticated implantology.

Argon now offers the Dental Surgeon Implantology a fully guided drilling system designed for 3.0-6.0 mm diameter implants. With this drilling system, the future placement of implants in terms of location, depth and angle is absolutely accurate and low in risk. The drilling system is based on a previously performed on the patient's jaw DVT radiograph. The resulting DICOM data record is processed by means of manufacturer-specific software in conjunction with the K3Pro® data records in such a way that an exact drilling template is created for placing the implants. The supplied protocol is equipped with technical data, application notes and implant type designations - practically an exact blueprint for the doctor and user being treated. This combination of digitized DVT data, processing by the proprietary software and the compatible data sets of K3Pro® make the placement of K3Pro® implants a predictable and highly precise process that allows immediate loading of the implants and a direct supply of the previously manufactured abutments and prostheses allows.

In our DVT (Cone beam) center, we offer a state-of-the-art, three-dimensional X-ray method - digital volume tomography. This method allows a three-dimensional view of the facial structures. Consequently, a precise planning of the future prosthetic restoration is possible for the intended treatment. The DVT (Cone beam) recording is e.g. needed for computer-assisted insertion of dental implants. The procedure ensures a gentler, safer and more precise surgical procedure and a significant time savings. The depiction of the teeth as well as the maxillary and sinus cavities can be realized in a hitherto unknown resolution and expands the diagnostic possibilities.

The Osteograph is a precision pantograph for making three-dimensional grafts. The Osteograph unit makes it possible to dispense with time-consuming adjustments and modeling of allografts ("self-milling"). At the same time, the risk of inaccurate fit is minimized. In this minimally invasive procedure, the block is first manufactured, after which the procedure is performed on the patient.
